Booked this on HOTWIRE on day of check-in. One bedroom villa is as described on the website. Beautiful, spacious, immaculate, and quiet. 2 full bathrooms; 1 with jetted tub. Family suite; has bunk beds in foyer. Fantastic view of pool and adjacent Lake Bryan from large balcony, with table and chairs, facing east. :) Other villas seem to have a west-facing Disney view with Hollywood Studios and Epcot in the distance (2 miles). I prefer our lake view, as if you like, you can see the Disney view anyway from the windows by the elevator area. DVD players in living room and bedroom. Quality stereo/CD player in dining area. All granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms; pretty. Food delivery (pizza/sandwiches/pasta) from orderinn.com was reasonable, quick, and good quality. It is a bit odd that although this service is featured in the in-room guest directory, you must meet the delivery person in the lobby. The property is not gated, but elevator access requires a key. Resort fee of $12.25 per night was charged upon check-in, BUT this includes lightning fast wired in-room internet. Although this is a timeshare, sales do not seem to be focus here (i.e., like at Mystic Dunes). Excellent access to I-4 via US 535; very quick trip to Disney. Just need to use patience turning from resort driveway onto 535 (saw a near-accident in front of the resort, but 1. the 535 driver was going way too fast and 2. the driver pulling onto 535 did not wait for a reasonable break in 535 traffic.)
