I found a 3.5 star hotel in Chicago (Loop area) for 04/09-04/11 on HOTWIRE for $75 with following amenities:

High Speed Internet Access

Can never be too confident with just two, common, amenity icons, but the Club Quarters Central Loop has previously been reported with just these two icons so that would be my best guess.

I'd also say this is likely the CQ. However, just to note, this property is not particularly convenient from a tourist perspective and there is really not much going on in this area at night. If you are not planning on being out much at night, it's just fine, but if you are planning on being out later in the evening, you may want to spend a bit more on a hotel in the Mag Mile/NMA areas instead of paying for cabs back-and-forth from the CQ.
