The amenities for the Downtown property are quite common for a city hotel, but this amenity combination has previously been associated with the Hilton so that would be my best guess for this one.

The Perimeter property matches previous reports for the Westin North Perimeter so that would be my best guess here.

I just booked a 4* over the 4th of July weekend for my Dad. It was the Downtown Hilton Hotel. Nice hotel at $65/night. Great deal. Parking is a beast, but other than that it was a great hotel in a great location.
