Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Charleston (Mt Pleasant-Isle of Palms) Charleston Harbor Resort

I bid $62 for Downtown 3.5* hoping for Mills House and then added Mt Pleasant hoping for Wild Dunes. Finally added W. Charleston and $64 and got Charleston Harbor Resort in Mt Pleasant. It's a stretch calling that a 3.5* and I understand that priceline customers get "house rooms" on the 2nd floor that are barely 2*. Disappointed.
