clorge Posted March 3, 2010 Report Posted March 3, 2010 I need to book a rom for 1 person at the Sheraton in Times Square for 3/6-3/9. I already have a room there, and now my fiance's mother is coming and we want to get her a room at a good price. Is the Sheraton a 3* or 4* on Priceline? And what areas can I bid in?I love this site - I always use it when booking travel, I hope you can help!

I noticed the Hilton is close - we could probably work with that too.Thank you!
AaronJB Posted March 3, 2010 Report Posted March 3, 2010 Good afternoon. Please follow-up on what you decided to do for the stay discussed in your prior Portland Priceline thread (please post what you decided in that thread.) Then, reply to this thread and we will be happy to look into the above.Additionally, please keep all discussion of this stay in this thread.Thank you for using the site's PRICELINE or HOTWIRE links to start your purchases and searches.
clorge Posted March 3, 2010 Author Report Posted March 3, 2010 Sorry about that! I never saw your response. I have replied to the Portland thread. Please help with the Shearton for Manhattan if possible! :)
AaronJB Posted March 4, 2010 Report Posted March 4, 2010 The Sheraton Manhattan does not appear to be showing on HOTWIRE for these dates. The hotel is a 3* on PRICELINE in the Times Square-Theater District zone, but keep in mind that you could possibly get any of the 3*'s in the TS area (or be upgraded to a 3.5*) if you bid for a 3* in the TS-Theatre District area on PRICELINE.This link is a "Stay 2 Nights, Get 1 Free" non-refundable deal from Starwood:Stay 2 nights, get 1 freeIt works for the Sheraton for these dates. If you do decide to go this route, please use the link above. The Sheraton NY and Towers also appears to be the same price for these dates. There is a HOTWIRE 4* in the Midtown Central area for $149 for these dates w/fitness, restaurant, business, internet, but that could be a number of different properties, including the Warwick, Sofitel, Flaotel, Royalton, Helmsley Park Lane and Sheraton New York. I'm also seeing a 3.5* Midtown Central w/restaurant/fitness/internet, which would be a possible match for the CQ Midtown. There's also a 4* for $169 in the Times Square area w/Boutique, Restaurant, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, which would likely be the Mela.If you would like to use PRICELINE - although you may risk getting something else - please let us know.Thank you for using the site's PRICELINE or HOTWIRE (or the Starwood link above) links.
