JHSoxFan Posted March 3, 2010 Report Posted March 3, 2010 At first I was looking for a 4-Star downtown hotel for this date. I unsuccessfully bid $45 and added additional zones to rebid several times in increments of approximately $5 each time. Was unsuccessful downtown all the way up to $70. Decided the airport Sheraton looked like a good option as well so I started new bid for a 3.5-star hotel in the PDX Airport zone. My first bid of $47 was accepted. Total with tax is $60.47 which is nearly 60% off the prepaid advance purchase rate ($141.31) on the Sheraton website for this date. Used the BB PRICELINE link to make the reservation. Thanks!
