Rach_Creates Posted March 2, 2010 Report Posted March 2, 2010 To anyone's knowledge, do any of the hotels offered on PRICELINE, for Historic Charleston area, allow pets? :) Thanks!
thereuare Posted March 3, 2010 Report Posted March 3, 2010 You mention PRICELINE but this is posted in the HOTWIRE section of the board... which service is it that you're inquiring about? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Rach_Creates Posted March 3, 2010 Author Report Posted March 3, 2010 Oops. I suppose I'd prefer PRICELINE as I've used it before, but I'm not adverse o using HOTWIRE if they have what I need. Should I repost my topic in PRICELINE?
thereuare Posted March 3, 2010 Report Posted March 3, 2010 No, keep all posts for the same stay in the same thread... if you ultimately use PRICELINE we'll move the thread to that section of the board. With PRICELINE you're subject to any hotel in the zone at the star rating (or higher) that you choose... therefore i don't think it would be a good option for this stay if you need to bring your pet along. With HOTWIRE you can often take an educated guess as to the property being offered based upon the amenities shown before your purchase. If you're able to guess the property being offered you can then research to see if the hotel allows pets or not. If so, you can purchase that property, but there are no guarantees and you need to be reasonably sure that you've ID'd the hotel correctly before purchase, for if you're wrong, you wouldn't have any recourse or be entitled to a refund, as HOTWIRE did not promise a pet friendly property.Let us know if/how you'd like to proceed and we'll advise accordingly. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. AaronJB Posted March 3, 2010 Report Posted March 3, 2010 If you decide to book directly in order to ensure a pet-friendly property, coupon codes WELCOME10 or FABSAVE10 often work for 10% off on Orbitz.com and coupon code 10WINTER should work for $10 off per night on stays of two nights or more on Expedia.com.Please use the site's Expedia or Orbitz.com links if you decide to go this route.
