I'm a newly registered member. I was just poking around on hotwire and saw the following offer. I'm just wondering if anyone might have an idea which hotel fills the following criteria:

4* Scottsdale area

$136 per night from the dates March 9-13, 2010

Resort

Non-smoking

Swimming

Restuarant

Fitness Centre

Golf nearby

Access to spa services

Rooms equipped with high speed

For the 4* hotel, if you go back to HOTWIRE and click the CONTINUE button next to this offering and then click the "See all " link on top of the icons, do you see more amenities than what you've listed above?

For the 3.5* are you still seeing this property on your HOTWIRE search as i'm not seeing this property offered when searching for your dates. If you are still seeing this property, are you searching for more than one room or for more than the default 2adults/0children?

Thank you for your reply. I'm not seeing the 3.5* anymore either for those dates.

I did go back and look at all the amenities for the four star (the rate isn't listed for $136 anymore, it's $146) and in addition to what I listed above they list an airport shuttle.

Found a 3.5* for March 9-13 in Scottsdale for 85$/n. 1 rm. 2 adults on Hotwire. The amenities are as follows:

Smoke Free Rooms

Fitness Center

Pool(s)

Restaurant(s)

Business Center

Laundry Facilities-Guests have access to coin laundry.

High-speed Internet Access

Tennis Nearby-Property is located within walking distance or a short drive of at least one tennis court; an extra charge typically applies.

Spa Services

Also rated 80% in customer reviews.

Just noticed it has a $15 resort fee, not sure if that helps.

I will use BetterBidding's links to hotwire and priceline when I want to make my reservation.

The 3.5* property above is a match for the Scottsdale Plaza Resort so that would be my best guess for that one.

Is this what you see on your own HOTWIRE search? (which differs from what you have posted above) If you're seeing what i'm seeing for the 4*, this one is a match for the Scottsdale Resort and Conference Center so that would be my best guess for this one.
