4* Downtown New Orleans Area

Best guess would be Hilton or Inter-Continental. You should have an open mind for both if booking this.

3.5* French Quarter Area

I'm sorry to say that a 3.5* property with this amenitie combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board. But a guess would be Chateau Bourbon Wyndham or Astor Crown Plaza with a duffrent amenitie combo.

So I'm guessing your recommendation would be the 4*.

I would prefer staying in the French Quarter though - although downtown looks relatively close anyway!
