Saw another winning bid passing on this forum for one day earlier, so tried my luck at 70$ for downtown. Raised until 76$ and 80$. 80$ was accepted by the Loews.

The Philadelphia Parking Authority actually has a very good website: Parking Locator.

You can enter the hotel's address into the locator and fine rates at area garages... appears there is one a few blocks away at $19 per 24 hours (16 S 10th Street)... some a bit closer to the hotel at ~$24 +/- a few dollars.

Also, note that the garages are not open 24/7, so make sure the hours work for the time(s) you think you'll need to pick-up your vehicle.

Yes, I believe this is a great deal for a stay in such a historic building. Rates at their own site start at 192$ (excl. tax).
