Priceline Hotel: 3.5* San Antonio (Downtown-Riverwalk) Wyndham St Anthony

Starting bidding several days earlier at $60 for Riverwalk 4* and raised on subsequent days in $5 increments to $75, all rejected. Added 3.5*. Accepted. Best available rate on Wyndham site is $169 and $152 w/pre-pay. Promo rate of $101 also available.,so the $75 isn't too shabby and better than direct book rates at hotels with lower star ratings. Parking, of course, will be extra. My rate is about $20 more than folks are getting for nearby dates at this hotel, but I checked many sites and found that for all San Antonio hotels for the dates of my stay rates are about $50 higher than now.
