The above is a match for the Crowne Plaza Universal so that would be my best guess. I feel "pretty good" about this guess, but should i be wrong, this property shows a very good 4.5/5.0 tripadvisor user review, so i would feel somewhat assured that it's a quality hotel with good user experiences.
