Priceline Hotel: Zone of Gran Melia Cancun (Priceline)?

I would just like to know wich zone on priceline is the Gran Melia Cancun located in? And also, what star level is it on Priceline's 'Name Your Own Price'? Also, the Cran Melia Cancun is an All Inclusive resort when purchased for retail prices but what about if you win an all inclusive resort on priceline? What I mean by that is if the resort is all inclusive regularily, is it still all inclusive if you bid on it and win.
