pototes Posted February 24, 2010 Report Posted February 24, 2010 Hi, I am looking for a hotel for 29th March - 5th April. Is there a way to tell if the HOTWIRE hotels include breakfast? I've seen a few people list breakfast as an amenity but I can't see a way to search in the amenities myself to see if breakfast is included.
AaronJB Posted February 24, 2010 Report Posted February 24, 2010 Breakfast should show up as an amenity icon within a listing. However, there's no guarantee that a hotel that offers breakfast will be available during your time period. There are a handful of HOTWIRE possibilities in NYC that offer breakfast, mainly at the lower 3* level, but breakfast is otherwise not terribly common in NYC.What would be your desired budget per night for hotel? Please use the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.

AaronJB Posted February 24, 2010 Report Posted February 24, 2010 I actually recommend on occasion for those staying for a longer period to switch hotels. The switching part is a pain, but it is a chance of scene and if you move to a different area, you'll be near different sights for the other part of your stay. There's a 3.5* in the Chelsea-MSG area on HOTWIRE for $129 for these dates (no breakfast, though.), although the total would be just over at $1078 w/tax/fees.You could certainly also try to low-ball offers on PRICELINE and use the savings versus HOTWIRE for breakfast and other meals.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
