This property has not yet been identified, but a guess would be the Marrakech downgraded to 2 stars... it has previously been seen with these two amenities but at the 2.5* level and the TA info matches, but with just these two amenities can never be too confident.

HOWEVER, what are your needs/goals for this stay? If you just want the cheapest hotel room maybe this will do (although you run the risk of it not being that convenient to midtown if you end up in the northern part of the zone), but in terms of value i think you can get a better overall experience spending a little more and stay in midtown as rates are fairly low for this nite and lots of options at $89-$105.
