I am looking at 2 hotels in New York and am wondering if anyone can help me?

the dates are the 30th July-4th August

The first is a 3.5 star at $129

3.5-star hotel in Midtown Central

This hotel features the following amenities:

Restaurant(s)

The 2nd is a 4 star at $149

4-star hotel in Central Park

The 3.5* MTC could be the Hudson or Novotel, but the Hudson is more likely.

The 4* CP would likely be the Empire.

My friend didnt fancy any of these hotels so we just booked one normally,
