Hotwire Hotel: Please help ID Pittsburgh hotels

I'm looking at the following and am asking for your help ID'ing. Travel dates are 3/13/10 - 3/14/10, 2 adults and 2 children.

4* Downtown: Smoke Free, Fitness, Restaurant, Business Center, Internet; Recommended by 85%; Tripadvisor 3.5; $149

3.5* Downtown: Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, Internet; Recommended by 80%, Tripadvisor 4; $86

3* Downtown: Breakfast, Fitness, Pool, Business Center, Laundry, Internet; Recommended by 75%; Tripadvisor 4.5; $134

3* Oakland: Smoke Free, Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, Laundry, Internet; Recommended by 85%; Tripadvisor 3.5; $79

Based on your hotel list, I think the 3.5* Downtown is the Sheraton Station Square and the 3* Oakland is the Holiday Inn University Center. I'd just like you to confirm that I'm right and help me with the other two.

We're looking for something close to Mellon Arena that has an indoor pool and doesn't charge too much for parking. That's why I am asking for so many and the prices are varied.

Best guess for each is as follows:

4* Downtown: guess this is the Westin with a new Smoke Free icon

3.5* Downtown: TA reviews don't match Sheraton, so while amenities match, i'm skeptical this is the Sheraton Station Square

3* Downtown: take a guess that this may be the Hampton Inn

3* Oakland: matches previous reports for the Holiday Inn University Center

Do you have a best guess for the 3.5* Downtown, since you are skeptical that it is the Sheraton Station Square?

I couldn't come up with an alternate ID for that property, but the TA information shown by hotwire for that property didn't match that of the Sheraton Satation Square.
