odie-dead Posted February 22, 2010 Report Posted February 22, 2010 I had been bidding in USE and SOMA-Moscone for about a week at 4* with no luck up to $75. Thought I would give USW a try. Bid $65 and it told me to raise it by $17. I decided not to and just tried again at $70, adding Civic Center to my search, and it took it.
