Hotwire Hotel: 3.5* DC (Reston-Sterling-Dulles Apt IAD North) Sheraton Reston

Hi all,

First post here.

We're looking at hotels near the airport and came up with these from Hotwire. The dates are April 7 to April 9.

Can anyone tell which hotel they might be.

3.5* Reston - Sterling - Dulles Intl Airport IAD North area Hotel

Amenities: No Smoking, shuttle, pool, restaurant business centre.

It's showing as $59 per night.

There is also a 2.5 star Chantilly - Dulles Intl Airport IAD South area Hotel

Amenities: Fitness Center, Laundry facilities, wireless and kitchenette.

It's showing at $47 a night.

Our concern is the distance from a metro stop and the additional cost of getting into DC and the cost of getting to and from the airport. It says a shuttle from the first one but not sure how much the shuttle costs and weather the price of these things would make the overall price skyrocket. The other one doesn't mention a shuttle.

It's our first time in DC so have no idea what transport costs will be like.

Unfortunately, neither listing has been ID'd. However, I'd guess that the 3.5* Dulles is possibly the Sheraton Reston, upgraded to 3.5* from 3*. The tripadvisor rating on the detail page for the 3.5* also matches the tripadvisor rating for the Sheraton; while that doesn't ensure that it's the Sheraton, it leans in that direction.
