Started from 40$, got a counter offer, reject it and rebid using free rebid zones.

1$ increment, got it at 46$+tax

could anyone suggest a convenient and cheap transportation to get to Niagara Falls for 4 person?

Very nice deal for this Niagara-area property! Hopefully a local poster will be able to suggest Niagara transit, or the hotel more than likely can suggest possibilities (maybe they have a shuttle?)

Already checked with the Hotel, they don't have a shuttle and they only suggested a cab.

Don't know how expensive that is, will wait here to see if someone could provide an alternative.
