LaShelle2 Posted February 17, 2010 Report Posted February 17, 2010 Seems like a lot of people are getting this hotel through PRICELINE. Do the rooms won at the Caribe Hilton on PRICELINE have 2 beds? If not, can you get a rollaway?
AaronJB Posted February 17, 2010 Report Posted February 17, 2010 Welcome to Betterbidding. :)PRICELINE reservations do not guarantee 2 beds in general. If you have more than 2 people in your party, I would recommend using HOTWIRE instead. Please use the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.

LaShelle2 Posted March 18, 2010 Author Report Posted March 18, 2010 THANKS. I WILL BE TRAVELLING WITH A GIRLFRIEND FOR A CRUISE AND WE NEED 1 NIGHT PRE-CRUISE FOR MAY 1. WE ARE ON A BUDGET AND WANT TO SPEND AROUND $100 OR LESS FOR THE NIGHT, BUT WE DO WANT SOMETHING NICE AND CLOSE TO THE BEACH. ANY CLUES ON GETTIGN A DECENT DEAL WILL BE APPRECIATED. WE ARE WILLING TO DO PRICELINE OR HOTWIRE. :)
AaronJB Posted March 18, 2010 Report Posted March 18, 2010 What would be your desired star rating? Additionally, if you are looking for more bedding than 1 bed, I would recommend searching for more than 2 people on HOTWIRE, as PRICELINE only guarantees 1 bed. Are there any HOTWIRE listings of interest that are showing when you search for these dates in San Juan? Please use the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
thereuare Posted March 19, 2010 Report Posted March 19, 2010 Would you pay for $135 with a hotel on the beach with separate sleeping accommodations for the two of you? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... and your searches too! Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
LaShelle2 Posted March 20, 2010 Author Report Posted March 20, 2010 I ended up getting the Wyndham Rio Del Mar Resort a 5***** resort and it was only $78 on lastminutetravel.com. It is about 15 minutes from the airport, but we decided to go ahead and rent a car, so we don't have to deal with cab fares wor the weekend. Even with the $25 for Enterprise we are still spending less than anything I've seen on PL or HW. This deal was just too good to pass up.Thanks so much for all you do to help us. :)
