brian1403 Posted February 17, 2010 Report Posted February 17, 2010 I need help identifying this hotel. It's a 4 star hotel for $72 a night in the downtown area. The dates are for 6/18 to 6/24 (Fri - Thur). The amenities it shows for the hotel are: Non-Smoking, Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center and High Speed Internet. I would really appreciate any help. Thanks

brian1403 Posted February 17, 2010 Author Report Posted February 17, 2010 Thanks for the welcome! And yes, this is for New Orleans.
thereuare Posted February 17, 2010 Report Posted February 17, 2010 These amenities can be common for New Orleans but my best guess is the Sheraton with a new Smoke Free icon since last reported to the board.I fee "pretty good" about this guess, but never 100% (especially with common amenities such as these), so since this is an extended stay you could see if this hotel appears for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the first (or last) nite in order to 'look behind the curtain' and learn the name of the hotel... if you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know what you decide and how it goes or ifwe can be of further help. brian1403 Posted February 17, 2010 Author Report Posted February 17, 2010 Thanks for the help. I think I am going to wait until closer to time for the trip to make any decisions. I will post again when I make a decision.
brian1403 Posted March 17, 2010 Author Report Posted March 17, 2010 I wanted to check on another hotel for the same visit. It is a 4* NO French Quarter for $94 a night for 6/19 - 6/24. The amenities are: no smoking, fitness center, pool, restaurant, business center, and high speed internet.Any help on figuring out which hotel it is would be greatly appreciated.
thereuare Posted March 17, 2010 Report Posted March 17, 2010 The above matches previous reports for the Westin New Orleans at Canal Place so that would be my best guess for this one. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help. I found a 4.5 * Downtown New Orleans with the following amenities: Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center and High Speed Internet, for $69 a night. Any ideas what it might be? Thanks!
thereuare Posted May 23, 2010 Report Posted May 23, 2010 The property above is a match for the Le Pavillon so that would be my best guess. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help.
