Be careful of those hotel charges your "resorting fee" per day. I feel like trapped.

Priceline should at least built that amount into the total charge!! Let us all make phone calls to complain about this, until they are willing to do something.

It is a total scam a not just a problem with priceline, but with all other booking sites as well. The only way to fight something like this is a total boycott of Hotels that continue this practice, but just like airline baggage fees, most people appeared resigned to just live with it.

I fly Southwest to keep my free bags.

Yes, I did win a hotel in Scottsdale AZ, the Millennium Resort Scottsdale Mccormick Ranch.

At check out I was told about the $9 resort fee, I only stayed one night and paid $70 (normally $248), so I just paid it.

very unhappy with this bidding though, it will have mandatory RESORT FEE. disgusting hidden charge.

If you're bidding an area where there are a large number of hotels which charge resort fees, you can also consider HOTWIRE which now disclosed resort fees for most of their offerings if you click the CONTINUE button next to the list and then look under the "Know Before You Go" section on the bottom right corner of the subsequent page.
