My search was about $187 too, which is nearly $200/nite... more once you include taxes and fees.

A guess would be the Hilton or perhap a new amenity combination for the Westin or Pier 66, but don't have a high degree of confidence in any of these.

Is this your budget for this stay? Is this the only area you're willing to stay? What is the purpose of this nite? (ie- beach, pre-cruise, quick getaway, etc)

Sorry, I didn't mean to nitpick but wanted to make sure you were looking at the same property. We wanted to stay on thge beach it is for pre-cruise. Not many properties listed for this date (probably because it's near term). I think I am going to use points and book the Marriott Courtyard. Thanks for your assistance.
