Wow! This stay sucked.

I have never been to a Crowne Plaza and I won't intentionally again.

Bugs in the bed and bathroom!

Heat in room was loud and just warm, so it was on all night long - one of those heating/ air conditioner units at the window.

Cold showers

Service at front desk was like a need to know basis. Absolutely no help and they sure didn't appreciate their clients...it was the bare minimum of help

It was rated a 3* with Hotwire but I did review with them and hope it gets downgraded

Stayed in this hotel. Very old property with old furniture and old styles. The bed was nice though. It has a nice courtyard. Given a choice, I would not stay here again. But, with priceline low prices, what choices do we have!
