This hotel is brand new - just opened on Feb 1. I'm surprised to see it's already offering Priceline rooms!

Certainly looks like a gorgeous property, and brand new - not even a tripadvisor review yet.

I got it again at $130 for 2/15. Tried $120 and was denied.

I believe it is currently the only 4* on Priceline for Clearwater Beach FWIW, which helps narrow options down (i.e. I don't think there are any other 4* for CB for "Choose your Price").

The hotel is VERY nice/clean and great location. I plan to post on Trip Advisor post-trip.
