jessmars Posted February 13, 2010 Report Posted February 13, 2010 OK, so I was really helped by this forum and booked Chelsea/MSG 3.5*, 1 night, 2/18/10, for $103. The New Yorker--as desired. Waited a day, went back and booked second night for $114, same 3 amenities (fitness, restaurant, internet) and everything. Turned out to be the Doubletree, which is listed here as having 4 amenities (+ business). So we'll have to move halfway through a 2-night stay to a hotel farther from our train at Penn Station. At least we'll get cookies! So I guess I should just have done the 2 nights from the start instead of trying to save $10, right?
