Planning to book SEA 4* for 28/30 May (memorial day w/end)- any tips on whether to book now or wait a while?

Looks like Priceline offers best outcomes (around 75-95 for Westin or Grand Hyatt - would be happy with that)

Could not get 4* star under $100 so widened search to 3.5*. Not overly happy as hoped for 'real' downtown but reviews on this property look ok and value seems ok (Memorial weekend so may be limited discounts..)

Used Aussie Visa and put NV 99998 in address - accepted no problem
