Priceline Hotel: Honolulu Marina Area 4*

I'll be in Honolulu for 5 days from March 4 thru March 8. I want to stay at the Hawaii Prince Hotel. From my research, it looks like the Hawaii Prince is the only 4* hotel in the Marina District. If you have info otherwise, I'd appreciate it. I was interested in tips for how soon to bid on the hotel and any other info you can pass on. Thanks so much

The Hawaii Prince is the only reported hotel to the board in the Marina zone... but there could always be others. As well, when you bid on PRICELINE the star rating you select is the minimum you are willing to accept, so your 4* bid could always be upgraded to a higher rated hotel (such as a Resort class property)

If you're trying to target a specific hotel HOTWIRE may be a better option, as you can often take an educated guess as to the property you may receive based upon the amenities shown before your purchase.

Thanks for your help. It seems that Hotwire doesn't have the Hawaii Prince as one of their properties. At least, it doesn't come up when I searched for it. So, I guess I'll be trying on PRICELINE.
