I was a bit skeptical as I know this property well and cant see it as a 3.5

Although it has gone down a notch as marriot, it is still great property in my opinion.

I just wanted to clarify that you got the Marriot Singer Island Resort for this price? And if so, what exact criteria did you use (what region/area of palm beach) and the 3.5 star rating? Any info would be much appreciated. Do you know if there are other places you run the risk of getting with the same 3.5 star rating in the same zone? Or is this the only hotel option meeting that criteria? I am trying to get in there in March and the lowest rate online is over $400.
