sportsmarketer Posted February 10, 2010 Report Posted February 10, 2010 Saw some people getting three stars in the same area for $72 and the other 2.5 star hotels in the area got fantastic reviews so I was disappointed to end up paying 80 for the Eastgate Tower. That said, there were no real complaints at all, everything was clean and there are fantastic amenities (full kitchen, silverware, apartment style, couch, dining area) so if you ever plan on staying on budget for several days with several people, this might be better than other places. Unfortunately the furniture is sort of older and somewhat mismatched, but if you can get over that you'll be fine. The beds and bedspreads were new and very comfortable. Next time I go, i'll probably put in a bigger bid for something better but there's nothing wrong with this place. The local area was safe and the staff were very friendly.
