I'm sorry to say that a 2.5* property with this amenitie combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board. There are so many Botique hotels in this area so it's very hard to make an educated guess for this property. Sorry I could not be of more assistance

The Chesterfield Hotel has been seen with the amenity combination above but at the 3* level, so it may have been downgraded since last reported to the board. If not the Chesterfield, it is likely one of the other hotels owned by this group (Hotel Chelsea, Hotel Shelley, Lily Leon, Catalina Hotel and Beach Club, Whitelaw Hotel, etc)... but do you really want to stay at a 2.5/5.0 Tripadvisor user reviewed hotel?

You are right it sounds pretty shady. I am only there for one night and need are room just to leave my stuff and crash later so I figured it didn't make much sense to spend $150 ++ for only half a star more.

the location is perfect. I know the area pretty well so I know what to expect from the boutique hotels.

I wish there where something in between. ill keep looking to see if something pops up last minute.

I booked a 3* in central south beach with the following amenities:

Boutique, Near Beach, Shuttle, Restaurant, Pool, Hi-Speed Internet, Golf, Tennis

it turned out to be the Catalina Hotel and Beach Club just like your hotel list depicted.

I have used this site about 7 or 8 times on the past few an had it right every time.
