The 4* is likely the Hyatt, while the 3* is a possible match for the Holiday Inn Express Cass.

Personally, I would FAR rather recommend the Westin River North for $109 via Orbitz, and coupon code orbitzdeal5 takes another 5% off - about $104. That would be a much nicer property for $15 more than the potential Hyatt.

I checked into the Westin and it is walking distance from where I'm going so it's an even better choice, thank you so much for your help and recommendation!

This is a beautiful Westin property - it used to be the Hotel Nikko, and the gorgeous Asian style of the lobby was heldover by the Westin. Additionally, I'd highly recommend trying to ask if you could get a room on the South face of the building - the rooms looking over the river have gorgeous views of the river and surrounding area. If you have not already, I'd sign up (free) on spg.com for the Starwood (Westin, Sheraton, W) Preferred Guest program.
