Followed the previous post, use 60$ for first time. The system showed that I needed add 17$ to increase chance. (But that means, my price close to the final.)

Therefore, I used alternative way to increased send option but still limited to 4*. (only one area has 4* hotels in Salt lake city).

Then I bid the hotel in 65$/night.
