bassmanchako
I am planning a trip to St. Thomas from approximately Saturday Februay 26, 2005 - March 1, 2005. I was going to use priceline to get a hotel. I've enjoyed priceline's results when bidding on hotels in the US and Canada, usually bid between $60-75 and get 2/3 * hotels. I was looking to get a nice place in St. Thomas, go up to $110 in the bidding. Is this an appropriate amount to priceline with? Or should I just buck up, and pay 60 dollars more for a Best Western Caribbe type place. Link to comment
thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding! This is a tough Priceline zone and very few wins reported. My guess is that your bid will be a little low, but given plenty of time before your stay, i would try to beat the rate of whatever you see as your best back-up reservation. You may be able to get something similar for less or a better hotel for the same amount.Let us know how it goes. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
