Bid $37 for 3 nights in NW zone. PL countered with $47. Added Speedway (no 3*s) and bid $41. Got it. Total charges were $151.71.

On the Marriott web site the best rate was $139 per night plus taxes. Great deal.

Clarification: This property is the Residence Inn North, near the intersection of Michigan Road and 86th St. It is not the Residence Inn Northwest near 71st St., which is also in the same Priceline zone.
