Everything points toward the Gaylord Opryland except for the Hotwire customer reviews. When I search Hotwire for the Gaylord Opryland on a hotel-car combo, the reviews show 83% recommended, 4.3 overall, 4.5 condition, 4.3 comfort, and 4.5 cleanliness. It also shows a hotel resort fee of $15 per room.

Could this be any hotel other than Gaylord? If so, what?

It can always be a hotel other than what we think, as new hotels are added all the time and hotel amenities are subject to change, but the above does appear to be the Gaylord and that would be my best guess.

HOTWIRE's hotel+car packages are now used Expedia as the backend, so that would explain the difference between the reviews when doing the package search (as their from Expedia) with the reviews on the opaque hotel search (which are from HOTWIRE customer)
