Based on other posts I thought it might be the Sheraton Waikiki but the smoke free rooms is throwing me - I know the Sheraton does have some smoking rooms.

It's Sheraton Waikiki. I just got mine for $119 in March.

Thanks... I got the Sheraton for an earlier stay and it did not have the non-smoking icon. I know they told me that 80% of their rooms are non-smoking but not all of them.

I wound up going with PRICELINE and getting the Hyatt for $104 - very pleased with that.
