The South property might be one of the two La Quinta properties in this zone, Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn. The Grand Prairie properties have just too many hotels with these common amenities to gain much insight.

I'm sorry to say that a 4* property with this amenitie combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board. But a guess would be the Westin with the addition of the Smoke-Free icon.

We went with the 3.5* Arlington Grand Prairie - Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, Laundry - prior rate was $79 p nt, got it for $69 p nt on Hotwire for travel 3/12-3/15.

Result: Crowne Plaza Suites in Arlington, Texas.
