Priceline Hotel: 3* Fargo Holiday Inn

Booked a hotel using the PRICELINE Link at the top of the better bidding web page.

Got a 3* hotel (Holiday Inn Fargo) for one night stay 2/2/10-2/3/10 in Fargo ND for $77.

First bid $60 and then got a message saying if I added $17 it would allow me to re-bid without adding another area or lower star level. I tried to rebid at only $70 and it would not allow that, so rebid at $77 and got room at Holiday Inn Fargo.
