Given HOTWIRE only has fedback from 10-20 customers on this property, i'm thinking it may be a fairly new listing for them, and i'd be a bit cautious given the "60% recommended", which isn't a very flattering number, imo.

If you are interested in this property you may want to see if this hotel appears for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain' and determine which hotel it is, if you're happy with the hotel received go ahead and purchase the balance of your stay; if you're not happy with the hotel, make alternate plans for the remaining nites of your trip.
