Yes, I can confirm the Icons were:

Fitness Center and Business Center

I also booked this hotel (Hilton Garden Inn) for 1 night in November, 11/27 - 11/28, for the same price.

I wanted this hotel the second time in December and a different 3* showed up.

I added 1 child, and the 3* changed to this one with Fitness Center and Business Center Icons, I took a chance and it was the Hilton Garden Inn again.

Side note: It is within walking distance (across the parking lot) of Fountain Walk outdoor mall with restaurants and a theater complex.
