thesqueegeekid Posted May 17, 2003 Report Share Posted May 17, 2003 The winning bid was for Hertz .... this was for some friends and they picked up their Ford Taurus today.The best rates on Hotwire were $29.95 midsize or $27.95 compact. We had bid numerous times using different dates for this and got a counter offer of $27 for a compact and a counter offer of $29 for midsize. I am positive we could have gotten the compact for about $24 but we had no available bids left. PL does not let you "add another pick-up location" anymore and you can only bid for a new zone.
