For the Lake Buena Vista - Downtown Disney it also shows Laundry Facilities.

So frustrating, I can't seem to get the other one to show again.

Should I wait until it gets closer to the time I am going, or do I make a reservation now for the best possible price for Orlando in August?

The LBV property is a match for the Caribe Royale Resorts Suites and Villas so that would be my best guess for that one.

As far as when to purchase, see the related link in our PRICELINE FAQ. Keep in mind that by waiting, besides price risk, there is also hotel risk... if you believe you have identified a hotel and are happy with it, while you wait it could be replaced by a different property (one you like less or can't take a guess as to what it is).

It would be SO good if it was Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate b/c they have that great lazy river pool................... !

Also, since I put in 2 adults & 2 children there will be at least 2 double beds correct?

OK ~ now I know why I couldn't find it. When I click through your link it defaults to 2 adults, not 2 adults & 2 children. When I look for a family of 4 there are no 4 1/2 starts in the Disney/Universal area. :)

Unfortunately, options may change when searching for 4 in the room vs. 2 in the room. If you put in 2 adults/2 children, you will be ensured of bedding (commonly 2 beds, but can be 1 + sofabed) for the whole party.
