The Above hotel is no longer there but there is now a 3.5* with the same amenities Plus Shuttle for those same dates for $59

do you think it is the same hotel or a different one? Also where do they get their ratings from?

Unfortunately, that listing has not yet been ID'd. However, if you search for 2 adults and 1 child, a 3.5* in this zone shows up w/Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Laundry, Spa,, which I'm guessing may be the Delta Centreville or Holiday Inn Midtown.

I believe this is a different hotel.

A property with these amenities has not yet been reported to the board, but my best guess would be the Novotel, upgraded to the 3.5* level, which has been reported with similar amenities (but not exactly the same) in the past.

We booked and it was the Novotel and the price changed to $62 thanks for the input :)
