I paid the $69 for this 3.5* in Ft Myers - Southwest Florida Int'l Airport RSW area expecting it to be the Crowne Plaza in Fort Myers. It is the Hyatt Place Ft Myers at the Forum, a brand new Hyatt Place adjacent to I-75. Perfect for us, a family of 4. Price including taxes is $83.75. That includes continental breakfast and free parking. We are very pleased with this. Crowne Plaza would have been ok too, but no better for us.

If a Complimentary Breakfast icon was shown that would have excluded this from being the Crowne Plaza since that property does not offer this perk.
