NYM Posted January 30, 2010 Report Posted January 30, 2010 See a bargain airfare to Orlando and this hotel available for same dates - 3/4 - 3/11.Hotel amenities are: Non-smoking, Shuttle, Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Business, Hi-speed Internet with an 85% customer review satisfaction rating.I'm guessing from the Better Bidding list that it could be either Sheraton Suites or Crowne Plaza? Also, a general question about Orlando hotels - I'm just looking for somewhere to relax; a pool is a priority with some shopping/maybe one day at an attraction (not a priority as 'done Disney' already. :) Airport shuttle is a bonus but is there any other area in Orlando to consider too? Thanks in advance. :o (And yes, will use the HOTWIRE links :) ).
AaronJB Posted January 30, 2010 Report Posted January 30, 2010 This could be a possible match for either the Sheraton or the Crowne Plaza, as both are smoke-free. I'm not familiar in detail with the Orlando area - hopefully another user can suggest possible alternate areas to consider.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
NYM Posted February 6, 2011 Author Report Posted February 6, 2011 Can anyone guesstimate which hotel this is for a four night stay with a rate of $44 from April 2nd - 6th & with a 90% recommendation rate:Shuttle Complimentary breakfastFitnessPoolLaundryHi-speed internet My guess is it's either Amerisuites or Country Inn & Suites. Country Inn would be fine but I think the Amerisuites are now the Radisson and have got some pretty abysmal reviews on Tripadvisor recently. :) The premises looked a little jaded last year when we stayed in the adjoining Sheraton Suites which, with the recent bad reviews, makes me a little wary about booking without first checking with the brilliant BB team. And of course any bookings will be made through the Better Bidding HOTWIRE link. :)
thereuare Posted February 7, 2011 Report Posted February 7, 2011 Does this replace your March Hotwire Orlando trip or will you be making a second trip to the area in April? And of course any bookings will be made through the Better Bidding HOTWIRE link. :)Thanks... please use for your searches too! Please click this HOTWIRE link and let us know if this is an additional trip or an 'either/or' trip to your March stay... we'll then have a look at the property above.Thanks. NYM Posted February 8, 2011 Author Report Posted February 8, 2011 Not quite the same trip, the March trip was made in 2010.I am now planning a similar trip in April, 2011.In order to firm up plans, it would be good to know what the Orlando accommodation options are for the April 2011 dates. :)
