non-smoking, fitness, pool, business center

2.5* West /Energy Corridor $67

Unfortuantely none of the hotels above have been reported to the board or identified.

Have you looked at the Galleria zone at all... it's not too far from each of these other zones you've selected, has hotels at higher star ratings and similarly prices (or similar star ratings at lower prices), so may represent a better value, if that wiould alwos work well for your needs.

We are 2 adults and 3 small kids (4, 3, and 1 yr old) and we use HOTWIRE because we are kind of 'qualified', i.e. we have got 2 kids between 2-17 years old. We are looking for something like Residence Inn/ Hyatt Place/summerfield suites style accommodation. For one thing I could see is that I could, if I like to is to get crowne plaza sugarland suites at $85 per night. However this property doesn't have perfect review/ no kitchen and if you pay $94 you can book it directly through Residence Inn.

We don't need all those 'extras' like minibar, boutique hotel is definitely not us.

Somehow no suite apart from crowne plaza poped up for the dates that I like, wonder why. If any of you see anything that could 'accommodate' us on hotwire, please let me know.

HOTWIRE only shows one hotel at each star level per zone (the hotel with the lowest rate is the one offered), so the other hotels that 'compete' with the suite proprties you're looking for have lower rates than the suite hotels.
