We needed a room from 5 Feb through 9 Feb. I followed your Mayfair, then Kensington then Westminster strategy with bids starting with $120 (which got me a $183 counter offer). I rebid by $10 more with each new zone. Three browsers later we won the Grosvenor House at $170. I think we will like it.
