I've stayed at this property and it is a very nice hotel.

There is a large mall walkable from the hotel if you're looking to fill some time, the public library is across the street from this mall an provides free computer access (but desktop only, 2 hour limit, and there can be a line for computers... no wifi avaialble :) ), and attached to the nearby Sheraton is a smaller string of shops which mostly comprise of restaurants and a sports bar. Also, Starbucks across the street (another wifi option if you just need a quick log-on/log-off)

All the parking garages are run by the city and the Marriott has a special agreement for a flat rate with in/out privleges. If you don't need access to your car you'd be better off parking it yourself at the daily rate... if you need in/out privleges you may be better paying the higher hotel daily rate. If you need the hotel rate, call ahead to find the exact location of the garage to use as the 'deal' is only with one of the garages, and there are many in the immediate area, and i saw more than one guest over our stay complaining they didn't know the 'right' garage to park in.
